Served as the in-house Project Manager and lead developer responsible for the full DAS Holding web portfolio across 14+ subsidiary brands. PM responsibilities: requirements gathering with C-level stakeholders, project scoping, sprint planning, designer and developer coordination, QA cycles, UAT sign-offs, go-live launches, and ongoing maintenance contracts. Applied PMP-certified practices — risk registers, change-request workflows, and stakeholder communication plans — across every engagement. Technical leadership: enforced consistent coding standards across the portfolio, resolved cross-site performance and compatibility issues, built reusable component libraries, and mentored junior developers. Stack across the portfolio: WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Laravel, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, ACF, with full bilingual AR/EN RTL support on every site.
