تطبيق موبايل متعدد المنصات ومنصة ويب ثنائية اللغة بنيتها وقدتها من الفكرة حتى الإطلاق على App Store. بوصفي مديرة مشروع: حددت رؤية المنتج، نظّمت السبرينتات بمنهجية Agile، نسّقت الفريق متعدد التخصصات، وأشرفت على نشر التطبيق. بوصفي قائدة تقنية: • تطبيق الموبايل (iOS وAndroid): React Native مع Expo SDK 54 بلغة JavaScript، Firebase Auth بدعم Google وApple والبريد الإلكتروني، Expo Notifications لتذكيرات الري، EAS لبناء iOS وGradle لـAndroid. • الموقع (greenycorner.ae): Next.js 16، TypeScript، Tailwind CSS v4، i18next للعربية والإنجليزية مع RTL كامل، مستضاف على Vercel. • الخلفية: Laravel REST API مع Firebase Admin للتحقق من الرموز المميزة.

الحل
Rather than building separate native codebases, I used React Native with Expo SDK 54 to ship one codebase to both iOS and Android, backed by a Laravel REST API for plant identification and Firebase for authentication and push notifications. The companion Next.js 16 website shares the same bilingual Arabic/English RTL experience as the app.
النتيجة
Greeny Corner shipped as one coordinated product — mobile app, backend, and website — built and launched by a single PM/tech lead. It's live on the Apple App Store in the UAE with a 5-star rating, and EAS cloud builds for iOS alongside local Gradle builds for Android mean both platforms ship from the same codebase going forward.
