التحدي
منصة عقارية ديناميكية بالكامل مع تكامل آلي لخلاصة Property Finder.
الحل
The core technical challenge was keeping listings in sync with Property Finder without manual re-entry, so I built a Laravel backend with an automated API sync layer that pulls listing updates directly into the dynamic admin panel. Agents update once; the site and Property Finder stay aligned.
النتيجة
Reach Home Properties runs on a platform where listing management stopped being a duplicate-entry chore — updates flow through Property Finder's API automatically, and the bilingual AR/EN frontend serves both English and Arabic-speaking buyers from the same listings.
